Cedar Spring Family Dentistry believes that all patients deserve quality dental care – whether they have insurance or not. For patients without dental insurance, we have developed the Cedar Spring Dental Group.

The Cedar Spring Dental Group is a health savings program that allows you to receive the same benefits that patients with insurance receive, plus some! For one flat annual fee, you receive a wide variety of dental benefits throughout the year – all included.

How does the Dental Group save me money?
 

With the Cedar Spring Dental Group, you pay a yearly flat fee that covers several dental and periodontal procedures at our office instead of being charged separately for each one. You choose the plan that best covers your needs. The Cedar Spring Dental Group’s flat annual fee includes all of the following services:

 

DENTAL PLAN Routine dental cleanings (2x/year) Routine dental exams Oral cancer screenings Diagnostic x-rays (including full mouth series) Panoramic x-ray (recommended once every 3 years) All emergency or limited exams Fluoride treatment 20% discount off all other services

PERIODONTAL PLAN Routine periodontal cleanings (3x/year) Routine dental exams Oral cancer screenings Diagnostic x-rays (as prescribed) All emergency and limited exams Fluoride treatment 20% discount on scaling & root planing and all other services

The annual fee for the Cedar Spring Dental Group is only $459 (18 years & older) and $359 (17 years & younger), and the Periodontal Plan is $579. These plans offer a savings of more than 50%.

The benefit period lasts for one (1) year from the date of the payment of your Cedar Spring Dental Group fee (e.g., Feb 10, 2020 – Feb 10, 2021). During your year on the plan, you’ll have no maximum, no waiting period and no exclusions for pre-existing conditions.

The plan excludes services for which patients are referred to a specialist, or services for which the patient is unfit to have performed due to health reasons.

Can I combine the plan with my insurance?

Cedar Spring Dental Group is not dental insurance and cannot be combined with any dental insurance. Obtaining dental insurance will cause participant to be ineligible to continue in the Dental Group.
